Bmore POWER member Pheadra Ward passed away in 2019. She was a active harm reduction advocate with Bmore POWER who gave out life saving information and naloxone in her community.  Her desire to create a harm reduction campaign about fentanyl was the inspiration for the Go Slow campaign.
