Keisha Tatum serves as the Director of Contracts at Behavioral Health System Baltimore. A Human Services Administrator, Ms. Tatum is primarily responsible for ensuring that systematic operations of the Division of Contract Operations are implemented and utilized in the management, execution, and monitoring of behavioral health Interagency Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, and Sub-Vendor Contracts.

Prior to coming to BHSB, Keisha served as a certified Project Officer for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resource Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau, where she managed fiscal and programmatic performance of Ryan White grantees within the Northeast jurisdictions of the USA. Keisha obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Services Administration and Rehabilitation and Counseling from the University of Baltimore and Coppin State University.
