Denise Wheatley-Rowe is a native of Baltimore. She attended Howard University-College of Nursing and the University of Maryland-School of Social Work where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Master of Social Work, respectively. Denise has over 30 years of clinical and health management experience in hospital and community-health settings. Ms. Wheatley-Rowe’s work has primarily focused on the various domains of health, capacity-building and collaboration to create a stronger, more responsive system of care for consumers.
