Dr. Daniel Jarvis is the Director, Special Populations. He directs and oversees services within Baltimore City’s public behavioral health system, including peer support services, wellness and recovery services, criminal justice programs, supported employment, and support services for older adults. Daniel has provided services throughout Baltimore City for over 25 years in the areas of Substance Abuse, Homelessness, Permanent Housing, Criminal Justice – Adolescents & Adults. Daniel is committed to empowering individuals through exposure to resources that enables them with skills and knowledge to take part in their recovery and realize their personal internal power. Daniel has a PhD in Human Services with a concentration in Public Health from Capella University.
