Beata Siakowska is the Director of Grants Accounting, a division of Finance and Operations at Behavioral Health System Baltimore. The Grants Accounting division manages the financial aspects of contracts and grants and is responsible for grants’ fiscal administration and accounting including expenditures analysis, approvals and financial reporting. In collaboration with other divisions, Grants Accounting division monitors the sub-grants for grant compliance in accordance with rules and regulations of funding agencies.

Beata has over 20 years’ experience working in the non-profit industry. Beata joined former Baltimore Substance Abuse System, Inc. in 2003 as the Grants Accounting Supervisor and prior to that she was the Project Accounting Manager for the International Republican Institute, Inc. in D.C. and Staff Accountant at the Children’s Hospital and Center for Reconstructive Surgery, Inc.

Beata received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Towson State University.
